With plenty of natural light, you’ll feel right at home in our clean, contemporary surroundings. Enjoy our recreational area, featuring a foosball table and games, perfect for family fun. The backyard offers a serene oasis, allowing you to embrace nature while still enjoying the perks of city living.

The Space

The space features a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with a backyard all for the guest to enjoy.

Guest access

You have complete access to the first floor, backyard, and basement.
The backyard has recently been paved and features seating for approximately 10-12 people, making it an ideal spot for your family to have a cookout. It’s equipped with lighting to create a cozy atmosphere at night, and a grill is available for your use. In the basement, you’ll find a recreational area with games and foosball. Please note there is a small locked door in the basement that used to serve as an egress to the backyard. It has been sealed and should not be opened. A keyless entry system ensures a smooth and secure check-in process.

One parking spot for regular size sedan or SUV in the driveway is available. For additional parking spots, please check for prices and availability with the journal square garage.
